WHO:              Students ENTERING Grades 4K-6th

COST:              $85.00 ($110 MAXIMUM FAMILY COST). Registration due by August 16th. Price includes uniform. 

UNIFORMS:     Complete the t-shirt order form included. T-shirts are no extra cost.

GAME LOCATION:       Grass practice field next to Wolf River Community Bank Stadium. 

PRACTICES:     Coaches will set practice days, but MUST notify all parents on the team of any practice day/time changes.  We will try and use the SportEngine App for practice and game schedules as well as easy team communications. 

COACHES:        THE FOOTBALL PROGRAM DOES NOT PROVIDE COACHES. PLEASE VOLUNTEER! 

TEAMS:              Teams will be assigned and head coaches will be notified. Head Coaches will receive playing rules, team rosters, parent contacts & a team bags with footballs, flags, and cones. Head coaches must communicate the practice schedule to the team.

Head Coaches must attend a mandatory coaches meeting and gear handout on August 19, 2024 7:00 PM at the High School Football Field. 

GAME TIMES:        4K & K @ 9AM      1/2  @ 10AM     

                                         3/4 @ 11AM           5/6 @ Noon                    

GAME DATES:    Saturday’s September 7, 14, 21, 28 and October 5, 12, 19. T/W/TH October 22-24 are Championship Nights and will be played under the lights on Akin Field based upon field availability. 

FLAG FOOTBALL NIGHT:   Flag football players are invited be highlighted at a home Varsity FB game. Players & coaches line up in the endzone at 6:55PM for the national anthem. Players & coaches will form a tunnel out of the polar bear for the varsity team to run out of. Wear flag football uniforms. PLAYERS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT!!

By completing this registration you agree that your child will participate in the Hortonville Flag Football League. I acknowledge, by signing this document, that there is risk to your child’s personal health by participating in the Hortonville Flag Football League. I will not hold the Hortonville Football Program, nor any of its coaches, volunteers, agents or representatives accountable for any and all injuries.
